I would strongly recommend taking some Photoshop courses and subscribing to the latest Photoshop download, because that free Jpg editor is not very convincing. Here's just the obvious - Clearly, it's a head CUT/PAST job. The skin tone shade doesn't even match past the necklace. The hair doesn't look natural, more of a quick PASTE job and quickly blotted. The wall RUBBER STAMP and SMUDGE job around the head of hair is painfully obvious, nothing blends in smooth and doesn't even look convincing. Then to try and cover the hack job up, the entire photo was BLUR selected under the render tool. Some more Photoshop skills are needed here.
