BINGO(as said below). Her milk glands are becoming engorged, and pushing against her breasts making her veins more visible. Her nipples are more enlarged too. Pre-pregnancy, I'd place her at 32C, as shown, 32DD. This is my guess, though I have nothing to scale her breasts against.

You can always tell when a woman is pregnant by her tits, very distinct nipples and veins.
