Hmmm,  ummm, no
for starters you could make a comments about the texans or any other state and say something like... well, I guess the whole damn state of Texas should be arrested, those faggots.

Or.... gee, it's a good thing for Gnappy there are no gay sodomy laws in Canada. (sorry Gnappy, I didn't mean it.  I was just using it as an example)

Oh, man, that hurts, gnappy. i told you I didn't mean it.

That was a great burn though. But I didn't think I deserved a bastard on that.

here's the best I can counter with. I admit defeat, but I couldn't go out without trying.

Well done..

yeah, deviant like a fox!

What state is that anyway, I'm Canadian and don't know all those little states in the east.
Is it the state Springfield is in?

nevermind, I looked. It is the state YOU live in. It should've definitely been a "blue" state lol

Well, it's illinois. There's lots of states with Springfields in them. Springfield is Illinois' capital. Also, Illinois is one of the ambiguous states that the Simpsons are from. There's even a shelbyville, Illinois near springfield, Illinois. But there's also a few other states where that applies as well. i like to believe that the simpsons are from illinois. but they have vague references to allude to all the possiblities.

also, since you're from Canada, it's pronounced, Ill-i-NOY, not Ill-i-noyz. Just so you know. It's also a midwestern state.

So how did you like your geography lesson from a guy who doesn't know much about geogrraphy???? I'm so bad at geography that I thought you made your home town up in yor profile.

Okay. I'm done babbling now. :blahblah: I totally could have made this into like 3 or 4 posts like a real whore would have done.

How is that considered mid west. More like central.
Do a lot of Canadian pronounce it wrong? I knew how it was prononced but I guess there are some dumb people out there.
My hometown is real and it rhymes with vagina, not Re-geeee-na like Americans say. It really is the city that rhymes with fun.

And that is all.

Now that is funny. You ever hear the song.... It's hard to rhyme-a word like vagina? I knew how to pronouce Regina, but it was the Saskatchewan that I thought was made up. Never heard of that before.

A lot of people mispronouce it Illinois. Not necessarily Canadians. You'd be surprised how many people from Illinois mispronounce it. We're pretty lazy and ignorant here in America, so I've heard.

As far as why it's considered miswest... you got me there. Probably has something to do with the westward expansion of the US. at one point in time Illinois probably seemed pretty far west from all the good stuff that was happening in the US, then it wasn't quite as west, then it was just sort of in the middle kinda. you could probably compare to the fact that a mini computer is actually pretty huge. (you might not know what I'm talking with that one. Not sure how much of a computer nerd you are). Progress doesn't stop, but you can't redo the whole naming scheme cuz people will freak out. that could be why I'm from the midwest and not the midcenter.

another point of interest... I would say we don't have much of an accent in relation to other regions in the US. We talk like the people on TV and in movies talk.

And that, my friend, is all

oops. Left out that cruical word

never heard of Saskatchewan? It's bigger than California lol. ALthough not a lot of people live here and there isn't much to do.

And I know what you mean by the mini computr comment as what we use today is a micro computer. I should have kept up being a computer nerd from when I was a kid, I might be making money now! But alas I discovered beer.

And the way you talk is considered a non-regional dialect(Thanks Anchorman!)
I too think I have that.

What's california?? I told you I'm not that good at geography.

I'm very uncultured. I'm working on it though. I'm doing things to remedy that, though, like read more and use the Interent to talk to people from other parts of the world who share similar interests... like boobs!!!

I dabbled in computers a little bit thinking it would be a good career. Glad I gave up on that one. It's too saturated a field. Hard to get a decent job. but I know enough not to have to hire a computer guy.

and how 'bout that. I learned a new phrase. Non-regional dialect. purty cool. So you think you and I could switch identities and no one would know becasue we talk similarly???

So where is Saskatchewan and how far is it from Edmonton where sexy Natalie lives???

Yeah why go into computer when your dad can just give you a job :nahnah:

As for switching identities

I live in Southern Saskatchewan about 90 minutes from the US border, about straight north of where Montana and North Dakota meet. And I am about 9 hours away from Edmonton, (yes I'm plannina a road trip ;) )

I shoudl also add, just for the heck of it. I didn't just get handed a job by daddy. I actually had a pretty good-paying career that after about 3-4 years I wasn't that happy with. I don't regret doing it or leaving it. I do type very very fast because of what I used to do, though, which would account for a lot of my errors here but also for my high post count consisting of mostly garbage
