i'm totally about buying this dvd set...i heard it was great. What kinds of equipment do you need for it, cause unfortunetly i don't have a built in pole in this house. The last one yes...

I'm buying it as we speak! Nothing like this babes hot bod to convince us we all should be workin out and i don't mean carmen electra! kisses.

Hey Hott, I have a built in pole you can use to do your excercises on and you won't even need to lay out $29.95 to use it. It's yours for as long as you want.

well... my guess is it's good for 45 seconds... then you need to wait about 10 minutes... then it's good for another 45 seconds... then you need to wait again... then...
