well, if i went to see only the things the critics liked, i'd be watching a LOT of boring shit! a guy on our local news said it was great, but he said he was biased cuz he is a fan. so it'd like my Grandma always says "Consider the source, honey".

I saw it last night and I thought it was very fucking funny. Very entertaining, very funny, and better than atleast 90% of the shit spewed out of hollywood each year!
I won't give any of the storyline away either but the jokes fly thick and fast just like a regular ep. The animation looks brilliant on the widescreen and I'd watch it again and again.

well yes the FORMER simpsons basher attended the movie last evening , It was funny , even my wife laughed , and she hates that kind of stuff , I just cant get spider pig out of my head ... The story line was good and oh so true , the theater was far from full for a new release which tells me its not going to be the best of the yr but surely its right up there ...

we bought our tickets at 6 for a 7 start , and at 7 the theater was maybe 60%, now Its the mega theater in a large complex .. I honestly liked it , I had heard that on the preview night they were packed so I dont know I figured on a saturday night it would be full of teeny boppers but it was a good mix of age's .
