Whoever this girl is, I'd say she's had a baby and engorged with milk, or since she's had a baby, her breasts have swelled to an estimated 34DD during and after pregnancy. Veiny breasts is not always an attribute, but is indicative that her milk producing glands are inducing pressure. I wouldn't hesitate to suckle and drink her milk! :-)
