Ah ha! well spoken and well confirmed! It's a rarity semi-pro SLR's are used here with bouce flash. You'll have to forgive my doubtisnness, we get some fakers here. Nonetheless, that is a high quality pic of yourself there! ..and some nice melons on display! :-)

@Buck, this photo is taken at an hotelroom in Rome. With an Nikon D90 and an flash on the camera (Nikon speedlight SB600) You can rotate the head.

I donno.. this picture is photographers studio quality. The shadow of the camera flash is not on the camera, rather, a remote umbrella flash just left and back from the photographer. Either this woman IS a photographer, or this photo has been jacked off of the internet somewhere.
