If your grandmother had wheels she'd be a teacart.  Randy Moss is fine. It's sort of amazing how many fans are now rooting against the Patriots. I guess being the best brings out the animosity of the fans of teams that can't quite cut the mustard.
*

she might of had wheels I have no idea .. I was just stating that he did indeed get his bell rung , and if the next team they play saw how that hit was applied they will make the same move .. I hope they win it all , other then the packers there is no team left that i care to see win , and the PAckers wont make it very far so i do hope the PAtriots win . and complete the perfect season , But remember 30 days after the super bowl is over 70 % of the people in the country wont remember who won or any of the records , its just human nature . 2thumbs.gif

Hi Ho, Hi Ho, it's off to the Super Bowl we go. The Pats played a nearly perfect game on Saturday and now have the opportunity to beat the Chargers twice in one season.

Yes, yes they did. I've been saying since September the Pats are going 19-0. Any believers yet? Final Super Bowl score-34-21.

It's down in some places to 12 points. The over/under is around 54-55. It looks like my prediction fell right in line with Vegas odds.

Funny how the "perfect season" doesn't matter anymore since there have been other 18-1 teams.

What's really funny is how the talk about them being the greatest team ever ended as soon as they lost. If it was a regular season loss they would still be considered one of the best.

Yes, by definition the perfect season ended when they lost. That's how it works, not much of a mystery there. blink.gif It would sort of be like wondering how well the Broncos will do in the play-offs,AFTER they were eliminated.

Geh. I love the Pats but they did play terribly out there... they were being sloppy. But that's not to say that the Giants plays poorly and just barely squeaked by. They were doing pretty well, considering. Look how hard their defense was fighting toward the end... they had guys falling over left and right. I was afraid the whole team was going to pass out.

Their season was amazing, although a lot of the games were ALSO sloppy. They were not playing their best at all times - but that goes to show how good of a team they are when they can win even when they aren't playing well (as sad as that is, really). Just because the Pats didn't win the Superbowl doesn't mean they automatically suck. It just means they didn't want it bad enough. Their season was good, but they let up too soon. Maybe they just ran out of steam. And for that, I'm sad for them.

I really wanted to see them win. Then again I also wanted to see a good game. I'm disapointed on two counts.

I never said the pats suck, I dislike them so them sucking would be fun for me, though not quite as rewarding as seeing them go so far and then lose. near the end of the season they had really started to fall off, eagles almost beat them with a backup qb in and the baltimore ravens really should have won the monday nighter. They were an insanely talented team but the giants had more heart, especially as you said, the defense. I knew Manning was going to get mvp based on being the quarter back and the last drive but i really thought they should have given it to a guy like Tuck on the D line who went all out and was a game-changer the entire time

19-0 would have been history and a win would have tied them with some of the great coaches to play before them for # of wins .. I think they got caught up in the hipe and didnt play the game the way it was meant to be played ..OR And big OR Brady just had a bigger pay for a loss then he did for a win .. Strange how money can change the outcome of things ..

Best football game I've had was when I played with mates and not watch it on some telly. coco.gif
So collage basketball is now associated with an art class? It's "college".
So which teams are people going for this year?
The Dragons, Yakuza, Emus, Dodo, Argus and other fake teams?
Isn't it pathetic to watch overpaid atheletes in an overrated sport? Might as well watch a damn mudslide.
I'll stick with more cerebral shit.
By the way, the Madden games for current gen systems are seriously overhanded. drinkup.gif jerkit.gif ohmy.gif smilio02.gif smilio04.gif gabba.gif
