ladies or gents has anyone tried these at all, for those unsure they are weighted balls you wear insid and should fel the movement... any one had luck with them or got any tips...

i havent but girlfriend had said they were great could be a bit noisy depending n what ones u get but her pants were soaking after having them inx x

the ones i recall from years and years ago were call "benwa" (sp?) balls. i only heard good things about them.
