QUOTE(Avvilimento @ Jul 15 2006, 10:06 PM) 2000-2002 : Canon Powershot A60 (2.1MPel) 2002-present : Canon Powershot G3 (4.0MPel) 2005-present : Canon EOS 20D (8.2MPel) The camera #1 is looking for, Natalie, is probably the Panasonic Lumix FZ-30 (or is it ZF-30?). If that's not it, then perhaps he should give it a look. Not a bad piece of kit, IMO; but like my Canons (obviously). -Jak The Panasonic Lumix series of cameras are surprisingly good. Panasonic's initial series of digital cameras were REALLY bad, from what I remember. They have made up for it. To see comprehensive detail on cameras, including high-res sample photos of EVERYTHING out there, try www.stevesdigicams.com. I have no connection with the site; I'm just letting you know that it will tell you the good and bad about every camera.
