dont really know, i would have thought it would be the owners of the film, and did he not produce his own films/tv shows, maybe the family "technically" own the footage. |

In the sun newspaper it said the footage would never become available and wouldn't be shown, then the next day it said his family have asked for it to be shown because it is what he would have wanted, macabre or not, who can argue with his and therefore his families wishes.
