I recently got the Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease DVD set and let me tell you IT'S FABULOUS!!!!!!

If you're finding it hard to stick to the gym, or those typical old routine boring workout tapes... then you owe it to yourself to try this one - seriously!

Personally, I have a hard time sticking to workout routines if they aren't fun. BUt if you like to dance, being sexy (which I KNOW MOST OF YOU DO - you're on this site right? lol), and having a blast all while keeping fit -buy this!

It will certainly get your hearrate going... and that of whomever is watching you do the routines

after describing that, sussed HAS to post some pics of her working out.

I tried the carmen electra aerobic striptease workout, but no one at the gym found it sexy AT ALL. Maybe I was doing it wrong. I guess I'll just stick to Crossfit (www.crossfit.com).

I ordered this box set on Dec. 9 th still dont have it contacted Overstock first time ever had something happen wrong with them anyway they have to put a tracer on it than will ship another one.

I have the other ones like this but I want to try Carmens Version. I LOVE to dance so I know I will like it.

Hey Hott, I have a built in pole you can use to do your excercises on and you won't even need to lay out $29.95 to use it. It's yours for as long as you want.

i dont' know about that. It felt awfully silly. I just need to work it a little more and do my own thing. I can totally handle that. The finger in the mouth thing ( a typical kizzle pose) was akward to.

Mind you I was a dancer for 10 yrs when i was younger so I'm used to it.

Practice practice practice!!! When you know the routines off by heart you can do them to any kind of music. One of the lapdance ones I'm doing to the new Korn song - HOT!

You know... i did dvd 1. I guess maybe it was just the atmosphere and space i was using. Not to mention the outfit that i had chosen to work out in. It was not sexy at all. I'm no novice when it comes to dancing. I also think Carmen's attitude was alittle overbearing. I guess that chick just thinks she's sexy. She's no sussed though.

hott... if it's a stripping video, should the outfit really matter? why not just start out naked, that way you can focus on the "exercise" aspect of it more?

jrock - I am sure they have them in your area as well but in Sydney we have Pole Dancing classes. Girls take classes to learn how to pole dance and also to keep fit. My girl is doing a few classes soon so I cant wait for that! haha

I got mine at overstock.com for a really good price.


The only problem I have with it is I am a dancer always loved to dance always loved hip hop BUT it is like I have absolutely no rythm when I try to do chorographed dance, free style no problem but man this is killing me why I feel like I am not getting this.

K this is kinda funny. Cuz you say your celebrity look a like is Leah Remini from King of Queens. Well on this one episode, the husband(can't remember his name on the show) wants to get his wife to take these pole dancing lessons so she can do strip teases for him. She is reluctnat, but finally gives in. She LOVES it. Problem is, she sucks at it. She falls off the pole and is really awkward. He gets the opposite of turned on when she does it for him and she wants to do it every night and he wants no part of it. Not saying that you suck like that, but your post reminded me of the episode.
